Ron Rolleri has served as in-house counsel at several international NYC-based corporations for over two decades.
During this time, he worked closely with executives, senior management and human resources teams, advising on sensitive employment law matters, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and corporate governance, to name a few.
Following roles as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, as well as time spent as a small business owner, Ron launched his own practice in 2019, with the goal of aiding small to middle market businesses and start-ups.
While these companies may not require a full-time General Counsel, they often need the guidance of a trusted advisor to assist with legal issues as they arise. This is where Ron Rolleri comes in—the General Counsel for your business.
As Ron can attest, the most effective attorneys make it their mission to not only abide by the written "rules" of the trade, but aim to take a more holistic view through the lens of the business itself.
By positioning himself as part of the same team—with a common end goal—the subsequent trust garnered from clients goes a long way in ensuring a mutually successful long-term relationship.
Ron holds a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, as well as a B.S. in Finance from St. John’s University. He is currently a member of the New York State Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section, and the Workplace Rights and Responsibilities Committee.
